1. What this covers

This licence applies to video generated through the Platform's AI video features, purchased separately via video-minute credits and independent of any voiceover subscription tier. It does not cover audio, voice, or music generated separately — those remain governed by the Commercial Licence.

2. Grant of rights

Subject to your compliance with this licence and payment for the video-minutes used, CaenAI grants you the right to use generated video for your own commercial purposes and for client or agency work, including advertising, social media, and web use, on a non-exclusive, worldwide basis, for as long as you retain the generated file. This licence does not currently extend to broadcast distribution (television, radio, or cinema); that scope is not yet confirmed and is excluded until stated otherwise in writing.

3. Ownership

Generated video is produced using third-party AI models. CaenAI passes through to you the rights it holds from those providers, to the extent it holds them; CaenAI does not warrant unconditional ownership of, or exclusive rights in, generated video output, and output may not be unique to you. Use of generated video is at your own risk.

4. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image, likeness, business material, or third-party content you supply as a reference for generation, including consenting on behalf of, or obtaining consent from, any real person depicted. CaenAI's consent-confirmation step records your attestation; it does not independently verify that consent was genuinely obtained.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use generated video to defame, impersonate, or falsely imply endorsement by any real person or business; for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes; to train or improve any competing AI model; or in a way that removes or alters any embedded AI-disclosure metadata.

6. Third-party terms

Generated video is produced via third-party providers (including Kling, Seedance, and Google Veo, as applicable). Your use must also comply with any restrictions those providers impose, where CaenAI has been made aware of them.

7. No certificate; internal records

CaenAI does not issue a certificate for video generations. CaenAI may retain an internal record of the model used, generation date, and any consent attestation given, and may rely on it as evidence of the terms under which output was licensed.

8. Disclaimer

Generated video is provided as-is. CaenAI does not warrant that output will be error-free, original, or non-infringing of any third party's rights.
